Event Policy: 🚫No parties allowed🚫 ❄️ A/C Policy: To help keep the home comfortable and protect the A/C system from damage, please keep the thermostat between 70°F and 76°F. Please do not set the temperature below 68°F, as this may cause the unit to freeze and lead to damage. Thank you for your cooperation. 🚭 No Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of any smoke producing substances are strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outdoors and must take place at least 10 feet away from all doors, windows, balconies, patios, and entry points. Guests must properly dispose of cigarette butts and smoking materials. Any evidence of indoor smoking, including smoke odor, marijuana odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burns, residue, or stains, will result in an additional fee of $500 to $1,000, depending on the severity of the violation, to cover damage, deep cleaning, odor remediation, HOA fines or loss of revenue if the home cannot host the next guest. Any damage to outdoor furniture, cushions, or other exterior amenities caused by smoking, burns, ash, or improper cigarette disposal will also result in additional charges. 🐾Pet Policy Pets are permitted only with prior host approval, and a pet cleaning fee will apply. If you plan to bring a pet, please add them to your reservation in advance so they can be approved and our cleaning team can prepare accordingly, as a deep cleaning is scheduled after any pet stay to ensure the property is properly sanitized for the next guest. Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or furniture unless otherwise noted for that specific property. If you leave the home and cannot guarantee your dog will stay off the furniture, we kindly ask that you crate them or bring your own protective cover for the couch. If there is evidence of pets on furniture, an additional fee may apply, as special equipment may be needed for cleaning. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets right away, both inside and outside, including the front yard, backyard, and during neighborhood walks. If pet waste is found on the property after checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Any pet waste left behind, damage caused by a pet, or violation of the pet policy may result in additional cleaning, repair, or penalty fees. These rules are in place to help protect the home and ensure it remains in excellent condition for future guests. Please also make sure all windows and doors are properly closed and locked. Please review the following safety rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience during your stay. Usage Guidelines: ⭐ Do not move the fire pit from its original location. Moving it may cause damage, and repair or replacement fees may apply. ⭐ Never leave the fire pit unattended while in use. ⭐ Children must be supervised at all times near the fire pit. ⭐ Keep all flammable items, including clothing, cushions, blankets, and furniture, at least 10 feet away. ⭐ Do not use lighter fluid, gasoline, or any other accelerants, as this fire pit is propane powered. ⭐ Do not use the fire pit during high winds or severe weather. Post Use: ⭐ Turn off the propane tank completely after use. ⭐ Place the fire pit lid back on to protect the stones and fire pit from weather exposure. ⭐ Please report any issue or damage to the fire pit immediately. Guests must keep voices, music, and other noise at a respectful level, both inside and outside the home, especially during quiet hours. Any sound that carries beyond the property line, shared walls, balconies, patios, hot tub areas, or outdoor spaces may be considered a violation. Repeated or excessive noise complaints, or any disturbance that violates community rules, may result in warnings, additional charges, HOA fines, or early termination of the reservation without refund. Please enjoy the space respectfully and keep music, conversations, and activities at a reasonable volume, especially outdoors. 🚗 Parking is available for 1 standard vehicle on the dirt and paver area directly in front of the house (parallel parking). 2 small cars may fit, but please plan for one vehicle.
